生成AIのメール活用方法

生成AIを利用すると、文章生成だけでなく翻訳もまとめて行うことができます。
今回は、日本語で指示を出して英語のメールを作成してみましょう。

英文を作成する際も、生成AIへの指示はマークダウン記法での記載がおすすめです。
具体的かつ丁寧に指示をすることで、狙った文章を表示しやすくなります。
下記のメールのような形で指示文を記載してみてください。

–出力する際は下記内容を考慮した文章にしてください。

3)文章は丁寧な表現にしてください
4)文末に名前と社名を記載してください

指示文や条件、依頼を具体的に出すことで文章が具体的なものになったのがお分かり頂けたかと思います。
生成AI自体が機械的なものでもあるため、具体的な内容を明示しつつ丁寧に依頼すると望んだ結果が返ってきやすいです。
